We receive these through our website contact form, by email, by text message, and through direct messages on Instagram and Facebook Messenger.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send you a quote, coordinate and service your event, send you related updates such as reminders and follow-ups, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell your personal information.
How your information is handled
To operate our booking and quoting system, your information may be processed by trusted service providers that help us receive messages, store data securely, draft replies, and send communications on our behalf. These include our website and hosting providers, our database provider, our email and text-messaging providers, our AI drafting provider, and Meta (for Instagram and Messenger messages). These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Instagram and Facebook messages
When you message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger, we receive your message along with your name and profile identifier through Meta’s messaging platform so that we can reply and help with your event. We use this information only to respond to you and coordinate your event. Your use of Instagram and Facebook is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policy. You may request deletion of these messages at any time by emailing info@mannyst.com.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and event and to maintain our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights

Children’s privacy
Our services are directed to adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
